You can play purchased songs directly in the Files app on your device.

 

If you would like to add the music to your Apple Music, you have to first send MP3 to your Apple desktop or laptop. Then add the MP3 file to your Apple Music/iTunes library. 

 

This music will also be on all streaming services shortly. You got early access!
